The story of Surety Solutions begins in New Zealand. Founder/President, Corban Enns, was living there and met an amazing woman who caught his attention. This woman moved back to Dallas, Texas and Corban followed her. Both were hired at the same law firm where Corban became the surety bond liaison for mortgage companies seeking licensure in multiple states.
During his time there, Corban came to believe that he could create an organization that was a better ‘problem solver’ than the other services the law firm was using. With the belief and support of Herb Thomas, President of the Thomas Law Firm, Corban headed out to create a nationally-licensed insurance agency that would specialize in surety bonds.
Surety Solutions’ first client was Starpointe Mortgage who secured a $20,000 Illinois Mortgage bond for a whopping $60. With one bond under his belt and big vision, Corban continued to earn the trust of customers and carriers.
Early on, Corban was able to convince an underwriter who represented our first insurance carrier to give him a shot with nothing more than a business plan and projections of success.
13 Years Later:
Over a decade later, Surety Solutions has matured into a unique blend of insurance broker and surety software developer.

Corban continues to guide Surety Solutions by building and maintaining relationships with a large network of surety carriers while making on-going investments in software, automation, and electronic delivery.
